To the person that thinks Avalon needs a north end hotel: We have duplexes! You remind us that the Princeton was a hotel. Keyword there is "was." It failed then and will again. Avalon has hotels in the hotel district with parking, built within the zoning laws, three stories high on the beach, not four blocks from it in the middle of the island without views of sand! Avalon is all about the "sand." Ask anyone why they come to Avalon. There are certainly more than enough rental places and duplexes for families to rent in the town's north end!
