In response to the people who are making claims that Kelly is scaring people with false information: Kelly is not wrong! If anyone is alarmed by that, it's not his fault. It is true that only 16 of the units are very low income; 84 of the two and three bedroom units are required to be low income. The developer has agreed to pull from a state-wide waiting list. The process is a lottery as to who gets in; no preference for being local is allowed. The lower income units are a required minimum, not a maximum. The remaining 60 units are to be filled at the developer's discretion.
