This years Porta Potties on the Crest Beach are not good. The Pink ones are overflowing, there is never any toilet paper in them, and the males are urinating on the seats, probably because there is no urinals in them like last year. By July 4th, if this is not corrected by the city, I fear it will be like a cesspool on the beach.
