"The Police need more training".......hey lets "defund" the police.......ok so how do we train the officers? with what funds ? This isn't like "you didn't do your chores so you don't get your allowance"..........Law Enforcement needs to constantly train and never stop improving their community relations. Administrators need to keep a better eye on "problem" officers and identify issues before they become a Chauvin Issue! If anything more funding is needed to make this happen. In the end all lives matter and race/color/creed should not matter !!!!
