The WCPD refuses to do anything about noise issues. Last year, I called the police three times about the noise at a nearby motel. The music was blasting day and night; neither the motel nor the cops would do anything. Even after 1 a.m., the noise ordinance was ignored. Once again, they have the music at a ridiculous level; police drive by and keep going.
