Bicycling on the boardwalk this Fri. afternoon, (thankful that is still allowed), there were hordes of people walking up to it. By the looks of them, they certainly were not well-off 2nd homeowners. Also, I saw some fringe food places open that usually don't open till May. It will be even more crowded here on the weekend. You should have considered the checkpoints on the access roads idea BEFORE LAST WEEKEND.
