Did I read that right, that Stone Harbor has a $3.5M school budget for 87 students? That's over $40K per student (and some of the students are paying tuition). That's twice the amount spent by most communities. And...they are looking for a 4.3% increase. Stone Harbor just doesn't get it...reduce your spending !!
