West Cape May will have a pilot program with jitney services for free between West Cape May and Cape May City. The trolley will stop at the municipal building in West Cape May. Goody now all the people from Lower Township can park for free in the Borough's parking lot and go downtown or to the beach at the West Cape May‘s taxpayers expense. Nice to see the commissioners are putting that 12 1/2% tax increase to good use.
