Consider that Rosenello and Bashaw, said in their recent portrait in the Herald that they have no experience with homelessness or the unhoused population, doubt that it can be solved because it’s a mental health issue, and want to make CMC more attractive for second-home buyers. They do not care about pricing locals out of our own homes if it makes CMC more attractive to people who want to vacation here. They are not ashamed to openly promote gentrification. If you’re born and raised in CMC, they’re not here for you.
Moderator's Note: "You want to remain a nice place to live for those of us who live here and we want to grow that year-round economic base and find places for kids and grandkids and people that live here to build their own lives here."Bashaw said.
