In answer to the moderator’s note, I have not been out of the country. Stone Harbor if they had been proactive instead of reactive could have offered a bonus to the seasonal trash collectors who worked in 2020. They worked through the virus and as always did an excellent job with full time workers. Most of the men who work collecting the trash seasonally are men and are looking for full time employment. Offer them a guaranteed job as openings occur. Give them a hope for the future not the season. I don’t believe any of them are the alleged stay at home collecting a check we hear about.
