The purchase of the house on 3rd Ave to satisfy the affordable housing quota was a pure act of incompetitance. The last Business Administrator pointed this out in his first few months in the position. That put the target on his back and he was railroaded out with multiple fabricated accusations by unhappy employees. I’ve said it many times before that we need a complete accounting for all money’s spent from the budget. We need an outside authority probably on the Federal level to conduct the investigation.
