Sea Isle City - Somebody spouted, "The spout about retired government workers being given jobs rather than giving young workers a chance like they got is true." That may be a fact, but not a truth. Maybe we just don't have enough young workers with a work ethic and a sense of responsibility and reliability. When most of my generation got jobs we believed hard work meant more money. Today, it seems like too many, not all, young people think that being given something for nothing is how to make money. I would hire a retired guy from public or private employment over most young folks I know.
