My home in SIC has smelled like raw sewage since May 18?

Sea Isle City - My home in SIC has smelled like raw sewage since May 18? 78th and Central avenues. A total flow of sludge and a smell of poop! I had my children here and they were repulsed by the stench ... we could not even sit on our deck! What is going on and why were we not notified? I live here year round ... never were we told about construction or deconstruction!
