Ocean View - To the Court House spouter upset with the open space preservation program: Open space is defined as "lands used for purposes of public recreation, including parks, gardens, natural green space and outdoor sports facilities," so then why not invest this budget on projects that can actively engage a community? That certainly does not seem like a "worthless project" to me.
