Let's wish success to the Ocean City non-resident taxpayers who want to change the law so as to allow non-residents to vote in all local elections. This is great news, if successful, because it would broaden the base of individuals who could run for offices. Now, we are stuck with the same old group of families who control elections. Out-of-towners might bring new ideas to change things here.
