Parking meters in the Crest continue to require you to pay until the end of Sept., by local ordinance. Why were the firemen parking everywhere in the Crest during their convention here, and allowed to ignore the meters? How is that fair to other tourists from out of town, not in any way involved with the convention, who had to pay at the meters?
