Sat. 7/24 was sitting on 23rd Ave. beach wi/family. Up to 100 kids age 13 to 16 arrived with back packs full of alcohol. They were so brazen and weren’t even trying to hide it. @8pm the police chased them, emptied back packs and thru them in the trash can. One by one they returned took bags out of trash and dumped the cans all over. They had alcohol hid under the pier and the party continued. The police came back and chased them again. And they still returned. Their disrespect for the police was shocking!!! Is this acceptable behavior in a family friendly shore town? I truly hope not.
