North Cape May - The consolidation of towns in Cape May County, or at the very least, of services, would be a great idea for the Cape Issues group who looks for "best practices," or better said, good government. We have 16 individual municipalities in CMC, is the number necessary to ensure services at a reasonable cost? How can school districts be consolidated, or would it be doable in the practical sense and not political? Other states like Delaware, Florida, and Maryland have only one school system per county. Would this work in CMC? This would be an interesting study for Cape Issues.
