Villas / Bucks County - I read the article on the Herald online, and Press of Atlantic City link to the story on the mortgage scheme. A comment made on the Press article was the concern, was the lawyer in this case above the law? My comment would be if over 70 percent of state and federal legislators, 100 percent judges and over 65 percent governors are lawyers, it would be my assessment that yes, when you are the law and about the law, the chances of being above the law is a "real" possibility. After sentencing, we can all make the call on the integrity of our system, and is justice blind with no favorites?
