Rio Grande - What is the latest news on the program that credits taxpayers in this township with a property tax credit for making purchases from local retail stores that are enrolled in this program? I kept hearing since last year that a credit card to make these purchases will be issued. Anyone have an update? I feel this is good for business and for property owners.
