I was in the Navy Sea-Bees in 1985/1986 at the Panama canal and various places in Central America for 2 years. Joe Biden said; "The migrants travel in January February and March when the weather is cooler", Well bull dukey!!! It's 100º in February as well as July. The Panama Canal is only 9º Latitude above the equator, well below the Tropic of Cancer line. I was there for 2 years and I'll debunk any liberal comment on this! The Tropic lines are at 23ºN, almost to the tip of Texas and plenty hot, any of you who bought off on his rhetoric is a fool! Cooler, Ha!!!
