I understand the USPS is experiencing high volume but it is no higher now than it was with mail-in voting. Three packages were mailed from the Rio Grande Post Office on 12/8. It took one package 4 days to get to the Philadelphia airport and the other two packages 5 days to get to Newark. Pony Express was faster.
