I have an idea, Bill: Why don't we have the unemployed, poverty-stricken, down-on-their-luck, homeless, government-dependent Americans rebuild Detroit. If there is such a thing as the American dream left, the Clintons would rather see an illegal immigrant or a refugee have it before an American citizen.
