Rio Grande - The recreation department for Middle Township is a wreck! This Harvest Festival proved it! Their Facebook site said Saturday morning "Harvest Festival still on come on out" So, the poor vendors set up in the mess. Then they decided to close it down and start again on the scheduled rain date,Sunday. Their website never did change, and no signs were posted on the street with the rescheduled date. Very disorganized.
