To the spouter from Cape May stating "big money" benefits from the outside tables and chairs at bars and restaurants, do you really think those bars and restaurants have "big money" after the last year and a half? Do you realize the costs incurred to equip their establishments to do outside seating? Your parking space matters far less than their livelihood.
