Gotta love HOA’s. One of the over-55 Condo’s limits access to the community pool to those whose names are on the Deed. No kids, no grandkids, no guests. All under the guise of ‘Covid-19’. I get it they want to limit access from outsiders, but the place isn’t a nursing home, it’s a 55+ community. Just how does restricting access to the pool to those that own real estate limit the spread of the virus? Why not just close the pool if you’re concerned? Sounds like the HOA Board wants to have the pool to themselves. ‘get off the lawn’ has changed to ‘get out of the pool’.
