To the Cape May Spouter saying that CM is not a bike friendly town...Really? Maybe because the bike riders over run CM. They ride down the wrong way on streets, run stop signs, ride through red lights... Unfortunately, the rules of the road are not being enforced. We are bike friendly, just not to those that ignore the rules of the road. By the way, you should have lights on your bike.
