I thought pedestrians had the right of way at designated crossings. I don't care for people who try to jaywalk at random points in the street but if a pedestrian is waiting in a pedestrian crossings then don't vehicles need to stop so they can cross if safe to do so? Why is it when I stop to let someone cross then the drivers in the opposing lane keep going and drivers in my lane pass me on the right
