Avalon - Why does the borough continue to spend taxpayer money to pursue a questionable case against a resident with a vine-covered home? The money would be better spent planting more trees and indigenous species in the barren plastic landscape Avalon has become, or in helping the homeowner make needed repairs with a community grant or small cities loan. Problem: the green that counts in Avalon is money.
