Trump has a superficial, simplistic understanding of the complex, critical issues facing our country. In this case, he clearly does not understand that the FBI cannot charge Clinton, or anyone in any situation, when there is no evidence of criminal intent. The FBI concludes that no prosecutor would take the case. Trump is doing precisely what he condemns other politicians for doing; playing partisan politics.
