Because police have done nothing, pedestrians have become even bolder. Two teens were jogging in the bike lane side by side in the opposite direction of traffic and refused to move when they saw me approaching, forcing me into car traffic. If five people were jogging side by side in the car lane, they would be stopped. But anything goes in the bike lane, just as it always has. Time to issue verbal warnings to pedestrians before someone is hurt in an accident.
