Sea Isle City - All of these people complaining about SICPD not enforcing traffic violations, bikes on sidewalks, beach pollution, etc.: Whatever happened to civil discourse? You need to stop relying on the police for everything. Go up to the person and politely describe why their parking habits need to be more considerate. Politely ask people on the beach to clean up after themselves and explain to them it's because the litter harms the wildlife in the ocean. Slapping a fine doesn't solve the world's problems, but teaching people to be more considerate definitely does. Do the right thing.
