Avalon - I would like to see a big, beautiful wall built between Avalon and Stone Harbor. There's too much riffraff anymore in Stone Harbor. Of course, there would be a door in the wall. There could be a one-way toll to pay for the wall. There would be a toll northbound charging people to leave SH. It would be free southbound entering SH to ensure that the riffraff could get home.
