Wildwood / Milpitas - I grew up in Wildwood and love reading the Herald online. I have lived out here in California since 2003. Anyone can register to vote by mail out here. Most people vote by mail. I always vote in person. All they ask is name and address. I have never been asked to prove that I have a legal right to vote here. The laws out here also let me take two hours off work, with pay, to vote. Do I think people out here vote who shouldn't; yes.
