Lower Township - Is it really necessary for trash trucks to drive down the middle of the street when collecting trash? They can't obey the traffic laws and keep right? It won't hurt the workers to cross the street and pick up the trash! It not only violates traffic laws, it completely blocks other vehicles from getting up and down streets!
