Cape May - Hoping that what happened in Cape May recently will now make our elected officials at the municipal and county levels look into what they are spending for comp time for their police and fire departments. Don't let anyone tell you these amounts can't be reduced. It appears that at budget time, no one is checking the horrendous and rampant abuse of comp time.
