I just read in the Paper that the old power station at the bay in Somers point will have a hotel, residentual units, retail shops and a boardwalk.Sounds great, but for this huge problem which is, it will take 10 years to complete.Why is that you say? All the Govt. red tape by the unelected bureaucrats and environmentalists who are just pencil pushers and paper shufflers.Why do they have power and by what right do they make all these stupid rules? It took only 1 year to build the Empire State building.
