My reply to the comment from Lower Township that something needs to be done about the rising cost of homes here. What do you suggest? Me, along with many others would love to hear your reply. A local realtor has a home in Villas listed at $3,500.000. A lot recently sold there for $300,00.00. Homes in North Cape May and Town Bank are the same way, and many are installing in-ground pools. Great investments in an excellent area. Your constant complaining is falling on deaf ears. My advice to you. Cash in your property and look outside this area. With today's home values, you will do well.
