Again, the constant complainer from Lower Township and now this time it is locals not being able to afford to live here because of the vacation rental properties and you feel something needs to be done. Yes, out of towners have discovered this area and property values have and will continue to soar. Look at our barrier islands. Same thing there. Your only choice if you don't want to be a part of the "New Lower" is to move. This area will never be "Slower Lower" again. ENJOY LT.
