The couple disgruntled employees concerned with the blinds in the Assessors office really needs to worry about their own department. Your department is different, hopefully that will eventually settle in. You don’t do what they do, they don't sit around all day waiting for a resident to come in. If a resident needs help and someone is there, they will be assisted. If for some reason everyone is out, which isn’t likely, you can pick up a card, call or email.
