Congratulations to the City Of Cape May for hiring a Coastal Engineer . I would ask how the firms reports on the beach slope will differ from those of Stockton University . Stockton's bills were over $50,000. Did those reports lead to any improvement on the slope or scarp that causes injuries? The Beach Safety committee has yet to report the value of that expenditure . Now the city will be spending at least $40,000 to "re-do" what they already paid Stockton. Show us the results of the studies.
