Witnessed an out of control golf cart crash into a parked car at an ice cream store parking lot Sunday night injuring a passenger in the cart. This on top of young adults overturning a cart in the Acme parking lot after hours. What will it take for these vehicles along with motorized skooters to be banned? Guessing it will take a family member of this administration to be injured or killed before they take action.
