Wildwood Crest Residents, taxpayers, and snow birds, need to know of a Zoning Board meeting to be held March 1st., in Boro Hall, in reference to the owner of the Ocean Holiday, seeking relief in zoning to allow an additional 11 unit structure, and not requiring the usual parking needed to comply, allow valet parking-which will put more vehicles on the street, parking in front of your home if available during a vacation stay, and allowing a building that will block the view corridor from Ocean Ave to the waters edge. People need to attend this meeting, the landscape as we know it is changing.
