The mayor should pick one. Be mayor or be director. Between his running 7 bars and a restaurant, and now he is in charge of the county? There is a reason everyone else in the state has to give up one office to take another and he shouldn’t pat himself on the back for being an exception to the law, but he should be responsible and follow the law anyway as a good leader.
