To the North Wildwood Code Enforcer: I see you driving up and down the streets. Please drive by New Jersey Ave. Check out the brand new structure which is going up in the backyard . There was a small shed there in the back, but now there is a three story building, with NO existing structure! How is this allowed? Why weren't the neighbors notified? We were told the builder is the one to notify the neighbors, but what if the new owner is the builder?
