I have a question for Avalon regarding building code compliance. I was just inspected this July for a pool install done in 2019. What if the electrical work wasn't up to code and someone was shocked or injured? I had no idea from either the pool installer or the Borough, who permitted it, that it had not passed code inspection. Someone should have at least notified me that the pool was not yet inspected. We went from the previous lax construction office to this. I thought the Borough had reorganized that office after the modular debacle that was so costly.
