Congratulations to the thieves who stole my handicapped brother’s adult bike. It was his only means of transportation and leisure enjoyment. So sad to think we live among someone who would sink so low as to steal an adult three wheel bicycle from a handicapped person. The thieves cut the lock and stole it from the parking lot of the Channels apartments. I hope their enjoyment of this crime matches and is worth the level of misery and hurt my brother feels.
