Spout off is FULL of people complaining about someone or something, where is the spouts about I fixed this, or I did that to help the community or a neighbor? Let's fix this or let's do that, well, send letters, pick up the phone, call folks, I live in North Cape May and I call or write my governing folks when things are needed. I've actually made an appointment with the Mayor on 2 separate occasions. Quit complaining and do something, form a group and get answers. Many of you are first to complain but last to act.
