What would be a worse case scenario in sand replenishment for the borough of Stone Harbor. To the Mayor and council it would be to spend our tax revenues more wisely and build up a ample reserve for beach replenishment and back bay dredging. They have been more interested in pushing pet projects. It should not be a surprise that the Inlet is off limits due to the unlimited funds that the anti sand replenishment lobby has. We were passed up last time due a lawsuit and no one thought enough to be ready with a plan.
