If you refuse to pay all staff fairly, those with under 10 years of service and those with over ten years of service, you will continue to deal with staff turnover, inconsistent instruction, and low test scores. Raise salaries so they’re actually competitive with neighboring districts and then you will again attract and retain quality teachers.
